HPID Series

 

Uses the principal of intensification to convert the convenience of low pressure compressed air to the power of high pressure hydraulic oil. The small footprint of the cylinder is easily accommodated on compact high performance machines.

  • Rated pressure 10 kg/cm².
  • Intensification ratio: 1:16.
  • Output volume up to: 100 cc.

 

Application

To supply oil at high pressure to the spindle cylinder of the machining center (VMC/HMC) which in turn is used for the tool de-clamp operation.

6110 Series

 

The Hydro-Pneumatic intensifier consists of a double acting Pneumatic Cylinder and a Hydraulic high pressure chamber. The Pneumatic Cylinder piston rod is forced into the hydraulic chamber resulting in high-pressure oil displacement.

 

Specifications

  • Maximum output pressure: 200kg/cm².
  • Can be used to operate only single acting cylinders.
  • Intensification ratio ranges from 1:15 to 1:64.

 

Application

Used for high pressure clamping from a low-pressure pneumatic power source.
